Just For You

I thought I would make a little card using the same flower shape that I used for 

my Flower Gift Basket the other day with LD Spring is Bliss - Cut Project (CP).

For the top layer of my card,  I made an OUTLINE of the blue flower which I placed in a small rectangle.  I then used SUBTRACT WELD which gave me the cut out flower shape (green layer).  This is the first time that I have used SUBTRACT WELD and never realised how easy it is to apply to shapes!

I layered all the elements of my card and placed the blue flower in the middle of the cut out shape. I inked and curled up the edges of my petals to give extra dimension the flower.  I then added a simple stamped sentiment onto a banner.
