Baby Buggy Shaped Card - Lettering Delights

I needed to make a baby card for a friend who has recently given birth to a gorgeous baby girl.  So, I headed over to Lettering Delights to get this digi paper and buggy shape cut file for my Baby Buggy Shaped Card.

I recently purchased the Baby - Cut It Simple Shapes from Lettering Delights which are great to use with my Pazzles Inspiration or similar die cutting machines.  The Lettering Delights Simple Shapes are a type of Cut It File. They have a single layer. Cut Its were designed for use with personal die-cut machine software. Formats included with this set: .AI (v.8), .DXF, .EPS (v.8), .GSD, .PDF (v.1.5), .SVG

So, once you have purchased and downloaded your file, you need to import the .pdf version into your Pazzles Inspiration and there you have your cuttable file.

This Baby - Cut It Simple Shape is, as it sounds, simple,  as there are no layers to it.  Just mirror, duplicate and weld your buggy shape and you are done.  I actually added an extra layer so you don't see the fold on the card.

For this project I used the Be My Baby - Paper Pack which I printed on my printer, just perfect to accompany this baby cut file.  They also do some blue and yellow papers in the collection.

Then I just added some buttons for the wheels, a bow and a heart shape rhinestone pearl and I am done ready to see the new baby tomorrow.

Have FUN!

  1. It is a beautiful card Joanna, and the paper is fab as well. I love the bow and bling, perfect for a girl. Not much new work here, I am so busy with routine cards and the B&B that I've no inspiration at the end of the day.

  3. This is beautiful. I have spent some time the last few days trying to figure out how to use the SVG files. If you used your printer, what program did you use, Adobe or Openoffice? I'm having a bit of a hard time. Neither one will take the SVG. I need to look into the PDF you mentioned. Thanks for sharing your beautiful project. Lisa
