  I saw this cute bee cutting file and thought it just perfect for a quick project using my

Pazzles Inspiration cutting machine.. It is just the perfect size to hold my mini tubes full of black and yellow jelly beans.

I have used the LD Squawk Box (CP) for the box and the LD Squawk Box (CS) for the bee.  There are lots of available options in the sets and the collection so it is worth checking it out.

When you check the links for the Cut Set (CS) you will see a main image.  To see the files included in the set you need to select 'additional images' and scroll through the images

I have used vinyl for the facial features as it gives a much softer look than card stock.

When I filled my SRM mini tubes, I wrapped some black gingham paper around the rim and the top of the lids to coordinate with the cute bee.

Santa and Elf Candy Tubes

I love making packaging at this time of the year and nothing could be easier than creating Christmas gifts for the kids.  I have made these super easy Santa and Elf Candy Tubes filled with Jelly Beans.

I created a belly band out of black cardstock and cut a buckle using my Pazzles Inspiration (99.00 Dollar Special) cutting machine with glittered vinyl.  They were secured around the Candy Tube using double sided tape.

I added two white buttons on each of the Candy Tubes using my electronic cutter with white cardstock.  I then secured  my SRM Christmas Sticker sentiments to the top of the tubes using Trendy Twine in coordinating colours.

I know the kids are going to love these and they are cheap to make as the tubes only stand 2.5" high.  With the aid of my Pazzles Inspiration cutting machine I can cut multiples of the buttons, belly band and buckle in no time at all, so are just perfect for a quick, last minute project.

"Dear Santa" decorated paper bag

A few days ago I posted my first decorated brown paper bag and was so surprised at how incredibly easy it was to create, so I have made another one!  

I have cut up a panel from the Graphic 45 - Twas the Night Before Christmas, paper collection and inked around the edges using a red ink pad.  I adhered my SRM Stickers "Dear Santa" to the bottom of the brown bag.  

I punched out some snowflakes out of coordinated papers from the collection and added a self adhesive pearl to the centre.

Finally, I added a red stitched ribbon and button, then tied it together using some Kraft twine.

Yes, it's that simple.

Decorated Kraft Paper Bags

I recently purchased some Kraft paper bags and Christmas stickers from SRM stickers and thought I would see how quickly I could pretty them up!

I cut out a panel from a sheet of Kaisercraft - North Pole patterned papers and adhered to the front of my paper bag.  I then took a fine liner and doodled around the edges around the panel. 

I made a pretty bow with some embellishments that coordinated with the papers to add to the top of the bag.

 I  took part of a sticker that I cut down, to adhere at an angle on 2 corners of my printed panel.

Yes, it's that easy!

Now, I am off to decorate some more paper bags using some panels from my patterned papers.

Candy Corn Shaped Cards

I couldn't resist making shaped Candy Corn cards with my Pazzles Inspiration, especially with the cheeky faces using my Pazzles Pen Tool!  

I found my Candy Corn shapes in the Pazzles Craft Room and imported them into my software.  I designed my shaped card and used some scraps to cut out my layers.  I swapped over my blade holder with my NEW Pen Tool.  I added my black pen and watched my cutting machine draw the cheeky faces.

I used a SRM's  Party Favor clear box and filled it up with Candy Corn, and used some SRM Stickers - By the Dozen (Halloween) to decorate the box and add to my Trick or Treat punched out label.

Halloween Gift Jar

I love all the little gifts you can make for Halloween and they don't need to be expensive BUT they do need to have the colour orange in them!!!  For my Halloween gift  I have filled a glass jar with little sweet pumpkins.  

I have added a Happy Halloween sticker from SRM stickers which I layered onto orange and black cardstock, then inserted it into the top of my jar.

I have also used the Happy Halloween border from the same sticker sheet which I have wrapped around the rim of the jar.

I found this strange little pumpkin that I was sort of taken to.  It is included in the LD Superstition - Cut It set for your cutting machines.

  I cut some orange and white cardstock and used vinyl to add the black layer.  

I was super excited to see how well my Inspiration Vue cutting machine cut out the fine detail using black vinyl.
