Clover Leaf St Patrick's Gift Bag

Hi everyone......I learnt something new today using my Pazzles Inspiration Vue cutting machine.  It makes me smile when I do that! So, here is my St Patrick's Day Gift Bag which can be filled will all sorts of yummy St Paddy's gifts.

I used the Wine Bag cutting file found in the Pazzles Craft Room Library cut out of Kraft Card which makes it into a strong bag.

I made a front panel using the Pazzles InVue software and added some clover leaves, but I wanted to give them some dimension.

So, I played around with the Cut Path tool and this is the look I achieved.........so exciting as I love challenging myself using new software. 

I just love how the centre part of the clover leaf is not cut away, enabling me the curl the leaves creating the dimension I wanted to achieve.  I punched a little flower for the centre and added a self adhesive pearl.  I also inked around the leaves of the clover leaf for definition using Tim Holtz Distress Ink.

I added some brown twine and secured the opening of the bag with a wooden peg.

 Of course, you could change the clover leaves and add flowers, hearts or butterflies to the front of the bag, which would look pretty too........I might try that idea someday!

St Patrick's Day projects - Lucky for You

Hi, and thanks for popping by. I created these St Patrick's Day projects for my Pazzles Design Team project this month.  The theme is Cut Out's as the feature to my projects using my 

Pazzles Inspiration Vue (99.00 Dollar Special) cutting machine.

I Print and Cut the sentiment on the card using fonts on my computer. I rotated and resized my clover leaves for a pretty border on my card and added a few strips of washi tape behind.

Here, I have decorated a glass jar which makes a quick decorative item for the home.

St Patrick's Day - Party Favor Hat

Here is my St Patrick's Day - Party Favor Hat, so I hope the Irish crafter's appreciate it! I found the Hat in the Project Section of the 

Pazzles Craft Room (St Patrick's Day Wearables)  

As you can see, I altered the file slightly and kept the lid off so that I could fill it with some treats.

I cut a strip of coordinating patterned paper to wrap around my Hershey nuggets and added a small clover leaf from the same file.

I added a small piece of gold glittered vinyl to the band.

I increased the size of the clover leaves slightly and attached them to some thin wire so they popped out of the hat.

That's it, I am done with my St Patrick's Day projects for this year and

Clover Leaf Gift Box

I love being a member of the Pazzles Craft Room, because I have at my fingertips thousands of cutting files available in WPC & SVG file formats.  New images are added weekly and you can download up to 40 cut files from the Library every 70 hours for a total of approximately 400 files per month!

I used the clover leaf from the Lucky Irish title in the Library and placed it on the front of my box as a cut out.  I cut out a piece of acetate sheet to put behind the clover cut out and filled my box with very yummy banana flavoured éclairs!

  

Silly me, in my rush to get my project finished I forgot the tag.....hey, ho but I used the clover leaf!

Finally, I threaded some ribbon through the top and tied it together with twine.
