3D Pencil Gift Boxes and FREEBIE paper pack

Back to School Gifts

Not long to go now and the kids will be back at school!  I thought I would make them some little gifts on their return, and found these adorable  3D Pencil Boxes.  If you have a cutting machine you can resize them for a larger project but I thought they were cute as treat boxes.  When I imported the cutting file onto my visual mat in my software I kept the size so that I could make 2 boxes using one sheet of my gingham paper.

The 3D Pencil Boxes from the Teacher's Pet - Cut It Bundle come with
PDF instructions which is helpful.

I added the lettering myself using fonts included in my software and cut them out using black vinyl.

Apple Teacher Appreciation Gift Box

Teacher Gift

Here, is my latest Design Team project for Pazzles, which I created using my Pazzles Inspiration cutting machine.

I made this Teacher Appreciation gift box in preparation for the end of school term which is about 6 weeks away here in the UK!

Tennis Box, Pazzles

I slightly adapted the Tennis Box from the Sports Gift Collection found in the Pazzles Library, so that I could add my apple to the front of the box.

For those of you who follow my blog, you know that I love making Print and Cut projects using my Pazzles software and Pazzles Inspiration cutting machine.  Here you may notice that I have done so, using the pencil cutting file.  I must say, I am very impressed with myself on this project as I have designed the lined paper myself, to make the wrap around the box.

I have used a total of 4 cutting files for this project!  If you would like to see the details on making your own lined paper, please hop over to the Pazzles Blog and read my full blog post.

Apple for the teacher!

I have entered this card for the BBTB challenge this week and the ABC challenge. For the BBTB challenge we needed to create a project with a school theme using at least 1 cut from ANY of the cricut cartridges. I cut out a shaped card using the apple from Plantin Schoolbook. I must admit I love this cut and have used the words on the card before for another school project. With the children on school holidays I am spending very little time crafting but having great fun entertaining them through their summer break.

I used the 3 Bugs in a Rug paper called Home Grown and some ribbon from my stash. I coloured the pearls with my Copics and the card behind the greeting which was computer generated to match the ribbon!

The ABC challenge this week is the letter B is for Buttons so for the 1st time I have combined 2 challenges........I am a slow learner!

Teacher Gift

I enjoyed making this little book which I will give to my youngest child's teacher as a small gift.....hope she likes. Not sure who created the saying, just googled teacher sayings!!! Hope it's not too corny! Although the photo does not show it I used the reverse of this 3 Bugs in a Rug paper which has butterflies on it for backing the inside front and back cover.
