I Pick You - flower embellishment

Well, it's been a hectic weekend again taking the kids to tennis and football training then getting some of those horrible household chores done before I go back to work tomorrow!  But, I couldn't miss the opportunity of sharing this gorgeous set, LD Let's Flamingle - Pick You (CP). I thought it would make a lovely embellishment for my gasoline bag.  I simply cut out and layered the elements using bright cardstock, using my Pazzles Inspiration cutting machine.

I then added a sentiment onto a paper tag using the SNF Sunday Love (FN) font.

There you have it, a simple embellishment, that will always come in handy for those quick projects.

Decorated Paper Bag

As soon as I saw This Mum's For You - Cut It set by LD, I couldn't wait to grab my pretty pink papers and cut it out using my Pazzles Inspiration cutting machine.

The flower comes in 2 layers with the leaves included in the set. 

I cut a strip of patterned paper to my wooden clothes peg and added a fabric flower.

I don't often decorate paper bags, but I should do so more often, as it was so quick and easy.  Much prettier than those ghastly shop bought gift bags that cost a fortune!

Tagged Sentiment for Mum

 

Just sharing another of the Tagged Sentiments included in the LD Great Gift Giving Bundle.  I love these as they make lovely quick tags with sentiments to suit lots of occasions.

I decided to make the tag a bit prettier, by using some flowers from the Dimensional Flowers set also included in the bundle. 

I have cut out the tag and flowers using my Pazzles Inspiration Creative Cutter.

Flower Flourish Shaped Card - Mother's Day

In the UK we have already celebrated Mother's Day but, for those of you in the USA or any other part of the world yet to celebrate......this card is for you.

I made a circle shaped card in my software and welded it together.  I personally like to put a topper to hide the fold but this is my preference.  I then made a in-line or my original circle shape and another to give me the thin patterned circle trim.

Using my software I typed my own sentiment then Print & Cut the banner onto patterned paper.

I love this delicate flourish which cut out beautifully using my cutter.  I simply added a pearl and rhinestone gem to the centre of the flower flourish and used my white pen to add some doodling.

I found this flower flourish in the SVG clearance sale on cuttable product at LD 

which is available through April.
