Carrot Patch Gift Bag

I recently saw this cute Carrot Patch Gift Bag included in the 

LD Flopsy Chick Basket - Cut It Project Set and all the baskets are ADORABLE!

I altered the file slightly....... 

I decided to back the carrots with lighter orange card stock to give the basket a bit more strength. Here, is how I did it using my Pazzles InVue software.

1. Cut one of the carrots using the Cut Path Tool

2. Cut carrot leaves off using the Cut Path Tool

3. Make an in-line of the shape and cut in lighter orange card stock multiple times.

Cut out all the elements using your digital die cutting machine.  

I am using my Pazzles Inspiration Vue.

The basket is very easy to assemble. See below how I adhered the extra pieces.

 Continue along the carrot patch!

Now, take your time to attach the carrots to the base of the basket using strong glue.

 Almost done.......just to add the handle. 

Then, fill your Carrot Patch Gift Bag with goodies!

Carrot tags

I bought these chocolate mints from a local shop here in the UK, and thought they would make an alternative gift at Easter.  I found also these cute little carrots in the Pazzles Craft Room projects section which made a perfect tag.

I was quite pleased with myself, as I made this little box from scratch, using my Pazzles software and covered it with an acetate wrap.

Just a little bit of Trendy Twine wrapped around the box and threaded through the tag, made this gift cute enough for any Easter Bunny to eat!

Now, I am going to grab myself a coffee and eat those 2 remaining chocolate mints!
