New Home Gift

Oh my goodness, how cute would this be for a friend moving into a New Home?  The cutting file can be found in the NEW release of LD's Snips Snails and Turtle Tales. 

For this project, I have used the LD Snips Snails and Turtle Tales - Cut It Project which was easy to put together using my Pazzles Inspiration Vue cutting machine.  I did delete the holes on either side of the box, which I presume were there to thread some ribbon to make a handle, but I decided not to bother.

Now I have a tip for you........I was trying to cut out the black features on the snails face, but they just didn't look good in black cardstock.  I suddenly thought, why not use black vinyl, which gave me just the right look I wanted!  My Pazzles Inspiration Vue cut the vinyl out perfectly, I weeded it, then used transfer tape to place it onto the snail.

I made a simple little tag and sticker for my envelope using the 

LD Turtle Tales Graphic Set  which I Print and Cut.
