Graduate Shaped Card

For this shaped card, which I cut on my Pazzles Inspiration, I have used 3 files from The Cutting Cafe!!!!  I thought the INTERSTATE SHAPED CARD could double up as a trophy plaque, you know the sort that graduates receive on their Graduation day.

I then printed out the 2011 CONGRATS GRAD Printable Stamp Set onto Kraft Card, then printed and layered the sentiment 'G is for Graduate' from the G SHAPED CARD SET. I have also stamped some swirls using a stamp with black ink around the sentiment.

See how The Cutting Cafe cut files and printable stamps can be used for various cards when your imagination gets into crafty mode, like mine often does just when I am just nodding off to sleep!

I have entered this card into the following challenges:-

Creative Card Crew - Anything Goes
Digi Doodles - Anything Goes
My Craft Spot - Shaped Card

Anniversary Card

Just looking at some files I had on the computer this afternoon and I've made my husband's anniversary 2 weeks early.......how organised it that!

I have used a graphic set, then used the print and cut feature on my Pazzles Inspiration and added my own computer generated sentiment.

I then layered the cut out heart on foam pads, added glitter on the wings and adhered a heart shaped button.

My husband will be so surprised as it makes a change from rushing to make him a card at the 11th hour!

I am entering this card into a few challenges:-

A Spoon Full of Sugar - Anything goes
The Secret Crafters Saturday Challenge - Wedding Anniversary
CAS-ual Fridays - Clean and Simple

Flip Flop Shaped Card

Summer is here and I couldn't resist making this FLIP FLOP shaped card from The Cutting Cafe. It is my all time favourite shaped card and super quick to cut out on my Pazzles Inspiration.
This FLIP FLOP shaped card is approx. a little bigger then 2 by 5 inches....it comes with 3 embellishments to put on the flip flop and a matching envelope. The file comes in the following formats: wpc, pdf and svg.

I have used October Afternoon double sided paper which comes in 12 x 12 called Patio Umbrella available here.

Last year I made a pink FLIP FLOP shaped card from the same template for my daughter which you can take a peek at here.

Have a PURR-FECT Day

Here is my brightest card to-date which I have cut out using my Pazzles Inspiration. I have used this image from a graphics set which is so easy to use and makes a great quick card.

A few rhinestones for the collar, a heart cut out of glitter card and I am done!

Lampshade card

Just a quick card here designed on my Pazzles Inspiration. Although I love sending cards to my friends and family sometimes I am a bit late getting my act together to actually get them in the letter box!!!! I think I might make a few of these which I am sure will come in handy.

I have cut the base card on my Pazzles Inspiration to match the scallops on the shade. I have used a graphics file from Lettering Delights as I am now getting to grips with my Print and Cut, which I am loving.

Finally, I added a bow and some glitter on the lampshade. I have used fonts for the text that are on my computer and matched the colours with my lampshade.

Shaped Strawberry Card

I have had heaps of trouble mastering the PRINT & CUT on my Pazzles Inspiration BUT earlier this week I raised an issue about the difficulties I was having on the Pazzles forum. Richard from Cut and Creativity has replied to my P&C misalignment problems and in response has put an amazing tutorial on his blog.

So, I have made this card especially for him to say 'Thank you BERRY much'. Prior to his response I had been pulling my hair out, my waste paper bin had been overflowing and I had lost faith in my Pazzles. You will be pleased to know that as a result of his help I can now use graphics images with the PRINT & CUT technique, yeah.....

Look a perfect cut around the image (faith in my Pazzles Inspiration is restored again).

Hope you like the card Richard and many thanks.

The Royal Wedding Shaped Card

Oh dear, I know I am late posting this Royal Wedding Shaped Card but we went away for a few days to Cornwall and I totally forgot to put it on my blog!! You know what it's like packing the kitchen sink, bikes, 3 kids and 1 husband.......frantic!!! BUT we had a lovely time.

Well, I so enjoyed making this card with my Pazzles Inspiration using the Lettering Delights SVG and graphics set of The Royal Wedding. I am slowly getting to grips with using the SVG's but need lots more practice using the graphics sets.

I cut out the crown and layered it onto glitter card using some foam pads. I put some pearls at the base of the card as it was crying out for some simple bling!

I was very proud that I managed to print the text and then cut it out on my Pazzles for the background. I am finding the Print & Cut technique rather tricky.

Although I watched The Royal Wedding on TV, I insisted my hubby video it all, so I have at least six hours to watch by myself in piece and quiet whilst the kids are in bed!
