Birthday Card featuring 'Rip Strip' cutting collection

Last week, the Rip Strip Cutting Collection was released in the Pazzles Craft Room.  Crikey, this is an awesome interactive collection of cutting files.  They are available in svg, wpc and ai file formats, for most digital cutting machines.  We are not talking one card design but 11 separate card files!  You can also use elements of the designs and create your own
card design with a 'Rip Strip'.

You may be asking what is a 'Rip Strip', sometimes known as a 'Pull Strip'.  Well, hopefully my photos with make it a lot clearer.  You can stamp, use your pen tool, Print and Cut or handwrite your sentiment on the little strip on the front and behind the 'Rip Strip'. 

The photo above shows my stamped sentiment on the front of the strip.

For speed, I Print and Cut the Birthday Candles cutting file using my Pazzles Inspiration Vue.  I designed my own flame, which I cut out of yellow cardstock and layered using craft foam pads for extra dimension.

The above photo shows my stamped sentiment behind the 'Rip Strip' .......'On your Birthday'.  It's so cool isn't it? You could reveal all sorts of FUN messages!

Today, in the Pazzles Craft Room they have released the Rip Strip Cutting Collection. Wow, I am loving it!  Recently, I have seen metal dies that you can purchase, which do the same job (sometimes called a 'Pull Strip'), but now you can create 11 different styled cards using this collection.  Of course you could rearrange the 'Rip Strip' on your own card design by using different elements from the cutting collection .  You could also resize and add them
to your scrapbook layouts!! 

There is so much fun you can have with this collection with your
Pazzles Inspiration cutting machine.

So, here is a sneak preview of a card I created tonight when I returned back from work.  I will try and write a blog post later in the week.  Just use your imagination, your stamps, pen tool or hand write your message.
