Pixelcraft Pop Up Card

I made my 1st pop up card!  I saw the latest release of the NEW LD Pixelcraft product  and thought they were such fun!  The base of my pop up card was from the Pazzles Craft Room Library - Pop Up Card Collection (membership is required)

I then used the adorable cutting file from the LD Pixelcraft - Love - CS.  Once I had layered the elements I just adhered it to the front of my Pop Up Card.  Eeeek it's so adorable.....

The set is just perfect for male themed valentine cards.......don't you think?

I then made myself a simple sentiment and used the LDJ Jillustration - Font 
on my speech bubble.

Bee Mine - Valentine Matchbox Candy Holder

I am just finding LD's Nancys Valentines Day - Graphic Set so irresistible!  I decided to print the Bee Mine graphic onto the sleeve of my matchbox.

I simply imported my LD image and resized it onto the wrapper of my matchbox, using my Pazzles InVue software.  The matchbox cutting file is available in the Pazzles Craft Room Library.  Once arranged onto the sleeve of my matchbox, I Print and Cut using my Pazzles Inspiration cutting machine which has an optical eye and  reads the registration mark to ensure accurate cuts.

I then printed a paper design from LD Betty the Yeti - Paper Pack onto the base of my matchbox, which coordinated with the image on the top of the box.

I was so pleased at how this one turned out and it was quick to assemble, just perfect for an inexpensive Valentine gift.

Valentine's Day is not far off, so if  you are looking for a last minute gift, why not try these Heart Topped Gift Boxes found in the Projects section of the Pazzles Craft Room.  They are available in wpc and svg file formats for your cutting machine. 

 I cut the boxes out of red and white cardstock using my Pazzles Inspiration Vue (99.00 Dollar Special), which were easily assembled.  The heart top is so pretty, don't you think?

I placed a bit of acetate behind the heart on the front of the box, so the Hershey Kisses would peep through.......very tempting! 

I just thought, you can never get enough Love and Kisses, especially the chocolate variety!

I then added a stamped sentiment onto my tag which was tucked behind a rolled flower.

My Frog Prince

Those of you who follow my blog, know that 6 months ago I got my NEW Pazzles Inspiration Vue. I just LOVE creating Print and Cut projects using the optical eye, which reads the registration marks. It is such a breeze to use once you have mastered it.  

Well, over the weekend I was itching to make a Pocket Slider card.  This weekend I saw the release of LD Nancys Valentine Day graphics, which incidentally can be purchased in the Nuts about Nancy Bundle.  These do not come in cutting files, but that is fine, because it gave me the opportunity to use vectorise, in order to create a cutting line in my InVue software.

First of all, I imported a Pocket Slider card into my InVue software.  The Pocket slider card is available in the Pazzles Craft Room.  I then imported the cute Frog and My Prince sentiment from the LD Nancys Valentine Day - GS.  I arranged it over my cutting files to create the Print and Cut element of my project.

Once, I had Print and Cut my project I then vectorised my cute Frog Prince to create a cutting line, as this is a graphics file. I did this, because I thought his tum would not look so good paper pieced and I liked the idea of the printed graphic peeping through the paper pieced frog.  I then, adhered my cut out frog over my printed frog, and layered the crown using craft foam squares. Apologies for not taking a photo at this point, but I hope you are still with my on the process.  

To recap, I have printed out the frog image onto the pocket slider card, then overlaid the paper pieced frog minus the tum!  I then cut out the rest of the elements to transform my frog into a prince!

The slider part was easy, just a straight Print and Cut with a hole punched through the top to allow it to slide out of the pocket.

Love you to pieces - Puzzle Piece Valentine

Hi, today I am sharing with you my latest Pazzles Design Team project - Puzzle Piece Valentine.  I was inspired to make this project by my 13 yr old daughter, who had to cut out some puzzle pieces for her graphics homework.  Of course, she cut them out using my Pazzles cutting machine and the software doesn't faze her at all........that's youngsters for you!  Her independent creativity is amazing for someone so young. Sorry just proud Mummy moment!

Anyway, I thought I would create a Valentine Puzzle Piece using cutting files available

 in the Pazzles Craft Room.

I altered the puzzle piece slightly but this is easily done using your Pazzles software.

,

I added a few embellishments to bring the project together.

Some bunny loves you!

I am bringing you more cuteness today, using files from the LD Squawk Box Collection of cutting files.  I am so loving these products for Valentine gifts, but they can also be used throughout the year.

I have used the LD Squawk Box Cut It Project Set to make this little gift box. It is the 5th file in the set for this particular gift bag.  It comes up small, but of course you could resize it in your cutting software to make it larger.

I have also Print and Cut the front panel using the cute bunny from the LD Squawk Box Cut It Set.  I changed the colour of the bunny to a lighter shade, as the colours did not look so cute when I printed it out on my printer.  My Pazzles Inspiration Vue Cutting machine (99.00 Dollar Special) cutting machine has an optical eye which reads the registration marks for accurate cuts with my Print and Cut mat, hence makes this project easy to create, especially if you want to make a few of these for friends.  Of course you could also use the set for paper piecing as they are cutting files and cut great using your cutting machine.

I made myself a little handle by cutting a strip of card stock and attached it to the bag, but  you could use ribbon instead.

Something to SQUAWK about!

Oh my goodness, cute or what!!!!  I made this card using a combination of Print and Cut, together with some paper piecing.  The card was created using a combination of files from the just released LD Squawk Box Collection (see below for individual cutting files used).

The card comes up as a mini card but of course can be resized using your cutting machine.  Since I have had my Pazzles Inspiration Vue (99 Dollar Special) cutting machine, Print and Cut projects are so much easier and quicker to put together, with the help of the registration marks using the NEW optical eye.

This makes for a fun Valentine card which can also be teamed up with the gift bags in the collection.

Go see they are beyond cute!
